What are order minimums?

12 for screen print. 12 for embroidery. This minimum can consist of different garments as long as the artwork is the same.

How long will my order take?

Standard production is 2 weeks. October-December production extends to 2.5-3 weeks. Rush rates are available upon request.

Can Thorson Graphics design my artwork?

You bet, our team of designers would be more than happy to meet with you and create a personalized design.

When is payment needed for my order?

Most orders, payment is preferred at order pickup. We will let you know if any prepayment may be necessary.

Do I need an appointment in order to meet about my order?

A heads up is appreciated but during all business hours we have staff that can sit down and meet with you.
